The idea is to leave post it notes with self confidence boosting messages on around mirrors in toilets. In surveys, young people have reported that public toilets in schools, colleges, universities and workplaces are where they feel most self-conscious. This week I'll be wandering around Southampton uni campus supporting the campaign. If anyone, anywhere in the world, would like to join in please do- it's really simple and can make a huge difference.
